Can anyone help me out on this? I am missing the nut that snugs down on the toggle switch for my older Warn 8274 remote. I'm in the States and want to pick up a replacement but I left the remote in the UAE.

Can anyone tell me the thread size of this?

Thanks,

Joel,
I'm sorry that I don't have the means to help you out, but I would advise you to contact Andy who is a member on this forum and works for @Warn Industries. He has been extremely helpful to many others, including myself, in situations like these and I'm sure he could direct you to the appropriate resource to get that nut. Best of luck!

Yep, give Andy a call.

RESOLVED!! Finally.

Andy really did try to help me... Warn really scrubbed through their old parts diagrams and information. They gave me a few leads. In the end I resorted to doing my best to caliper measure the threads that were there and then ordered a Hex Panel Nut from McMaster-Carr.

The thread is 15/32"-32. McMaster-Carr had them in 9/16" wide and 5/8" wide. Either one worked. I went with the thinner 9/16" nut.
