Now that the dust has settled from the annual meeting it is time to get down to business with the Pumpking Pig Run!!!! I am starting this thread in hopes of getting a head count started and a general plan hashed out.

After talking it over with Marshall we have decide that it would be ideal to be able to set up two meeting times on Friday in an attempt to accomidate everyone planning to attend as we did last year. Once agian the general idea will be to have an early group head up around 11am and then hopefully another around 4pm so that we can have everyone at the first nights camp by dusk. Marshall and myself will be leading the early group up and I am looking for a volunteer to lead up that later group, if you are willing just chime in :D.

As to the general ride layout what are everyones thoughts on maybe running last years route backwards this time around?? There are also some new trails that we have explored since last years run that offer more challenging terrian and could be a possible side trip for those interested. Either way I think we will throw in some different routes just as change of pace this time around.

Well I guess this is a good enough beginning.......I can't wait to get up to the "Holy" place with all you guys and enjoy the cool crisp mountain air and endless sea of colors. I just love this trip........

if you are in post up and please also post which group you will be meeting up with friday

I'm definitely in. This is a trip I just won't miss. Early Friday group.

I am in...right now I will say early group, but if my schedule impacts me (I have to coordinate my kiddo care) I would be in the later group, and willing to lead it.

cool dan if it works out that you can lead the later group that would be great!!!

Like Dan, I'm in for know for the early group....unless my kids have something major that weekend (been traveling too much - for the georgia crowd, thats why I wasn't at the meeting once again).

Forgot, I've only been twice but have towed JP both times....do I hear three???

JP,

I am taking th ewhole day off and would like to be in the am group. My son may or may not be joining me. Depends on school work. Thanks

My front diff is repaired...just have to put it in, shake it down, fix my steering weld crack, and change the oil...weee

Tomorrow I'll see if I can get Friday afternoon off to protect Saturday against a potential mandatory work day. At best I'll be up for the PM group. At worst I'll come up Saturday evening.
