duuude I know this is years later but what is this suspension/ tire setup? yours is my favorite Ive seen yet. If you're still out there id love to know!
Thanks. It's a medium 2.5" OME lift with 30mm spacers in front. No extra weight like drawers, bumpers, extra batteries, etc... @flintknapper hit the nail on the head on the tires.

Original head gasket? Im curious with our high mileage who are still running with their OG head gaskets.
I'm at 249k and OG head gadlet

My original head gasket went to 316K miles. Better than many .

332k for my 94. Still running strong

267K still og

Mine popped at 198k. We’ve had a couple come through the shop that went to 250-275k before they went.

I try not to focus on the head gasket much. It’s a thing that happens, you deal with it and then move on and drive the thing some more.

214 and change here with the original HG, burns no oil between changes.

245k on original HG, no evidence otherwise. Runs strong, obligatory oil leaks when purchased by me on 12/8/20 at 234k. Bought gasket kits for oil leaks, haven’t got around to that yet while completing initial PM. Now nearly no oil leaks at all, no drips on garage floor, no oil use between changes now. Was 1/2-3/4 quart low on my first two oil changes at 5k. No loss at 2,500 miles on this change.

I did a preventative replacement of head gasket at about 250k.

270 and on the original hg

Mine went 316K miles on the original head-gasket. That is the only thing I change out. Cleaned up the head...but put it right back on. I'm at 325K now on the original engine and trans.

Just picked up '97 LX 450 with 370+ on the clock. Super clean, no rust even the paint looks good. Triple locked. Paid way too much (not really).

No service records for head gasket or other major work, but vehicle was driven easy and maintained like crazy.

Planning on doing valves (rings), etc. soon. Basically a full "baseline"

pretty excited!

280k, original HG and trans. Purrs but does burn oil, like a quart every 1k miles. Otherwise perfectly reliable for its age.

1994 with 270K on original head gasket. It passed toyota spec compression test at ~260K (did not do leak down).

^^^^
Not surprised.

Checked mine a 312K miles still had 190 psi on all six cylinders.

When I replaced the head gasket at 316K miles all cylinders still had full cross hatching.
