We are here now, but leaving Wed morning to get back to the final orders and shutdown in WY. I'm glad Andrea made me come up and rest my back. Its been a heat wave here while we've been here.

Plans are still on track for shutdown and re-start in Spokane.

We haven't decided what we want to do yet for Spokane housing... Rent until we find something we like, buy something for now and sell once we know where we want to live or just buy land and build now.

People at home know we are leaving and have been knocking on the door asking when we are going to be selling. Slightly rude IMO, but things are crazy there real estate wise. Spokane is the same way. Things we saw for sale on Saturday already have offers/contracts on them. Either we have great taste or our luck sucks.... More than likely we will rent a house and shop to start off (that's what I prefer) We've looked at A LOT of land since we've been here and narrowed it down to one area in particular.

But we have decided that AMZN will buy our new place. It's been very good to us.

Parents built a house with Dave largent. They are very picky overlooking the river. They were super pleased with him and house is great even 10 years later. If you have questions or anything about the area I can always pm you their number. Or if you need hidden trout lakes
