I'm sure it is out there somewhere but I can't find it and I am in a time crunch. I had to replace my brake booster on my 1995 FJ80 and during all the disconnection I have forgotten where everything goes. I have a black hose that appears to gush brake fluid if I lower it below the master cylinder. I don't know where it connects. Also, there is a brass T connection under the master cylinder that I have 2 of the 3 connections figured out, but the 3rd is a mystery. Can someone find a link to those connections in the forum?

Just because you're a fellow Tennessean; give me an hour or so and I'll add the engine bay photos from my '95s master cylinder. In the interim, here's all the help the FSM has to offer:

Well, I promised myself I'd never do this, but I have to disagree with the FSM here. My connections seem to be missing the three-way option.

I think you're missing the tubing/hardline connection between the DS shock absorber upper mount and the relay:

Dammit! This is why I promised myself I would never second guess Mr. T; he's right, as usual.

The connection you're missing looks like my fuel line connection to the fuel rail. I didn't disconnect mine to verify that, I just finger traced it.

Here are the 3-way connections:

DS connection (left, as you're facing the front of the truck), under my Band-Aid:

This is a "U"-shaped hardline from the master cylinder to the 3-way.

lower connection, (MS to ABS) thumb and forefinger:

Hard to see in the photo, but take my word for it, it snakes up from the bottom of the 3-way (Band-Aid) and terminates at the ABS (thumb).

and, engine side (right) connection, above my thumb:

This one goes to the brake hardline mounted on the axle (the impulse absorbing coil is under the steering column); it's the 3-way you're missing.

If the flexible (rubber-looking) tubing you're holding in the photo really does have brake fluid in it, look under the frame and verify that it connects to the hardline on the axle. You'll still need a hardline connection from the tube to the 3-way, even if someone has modified your stock brakeline setup.

Thanks for the help. I will check it out in a couple of hours. I had so much apart that I lost track. I don't recall disconnecting the rubber tube from the break system but I did have the upper intake off. I could not have gotten that done without help from ih8mud

If you had the manifold off, is it coolant coming out of the rubber line, if so goes up to throttle body, starts next to pesky heater hose runs next to it then goes to throttle body

Also two lines that are rubberr that connect into tranny dipstick tube

Mystery solved but more problems. Missing brake line was pinned behind the brake booster. That is what I get for trying to do this in the dark. The rubber tube connects to the underside of the throttle body like ajax1 said. Other hoses not connecting under the intake were found the nipple on this thing broke off in the tube. Yay me!

Well that sucks.
