Tell your wife bench seats are a temporary inconvenience en route to checking out how comfortable the various bucket seat installs are on rigs at the PP.
Great meeting you too Jim. I spent an hour lurking around your pig trying to figure out who you were. Finally gave up and went into the vendor fair, talked to Marlin about having a carb rebuilt, then finally came out and saw you sitting in your pig talking to rushing dave. I can see my wife asking all of you at the PP with bucket seats to drive her around so she can choose my next seats. Ha!
A few pics from the shakedown cruise to Moab over the weekend...had to leave early unexpectedly but still a fun overnight and trail run with the Bookcliff Cruisers folks from Grand Junction. Pig Party 2022 Shakedown #2 in a couple of weeks to the Outdoor Expo in Flagstaff. A few additions to the punch list after the weekend but nothing serious.
Does anybody have any thoughts on the wildfire in New Mexico and if it will impact our party?
Fires seem to be elsewhere from what I’ve read. Wouldn’t be surprised if there are campfire bans or restrictions.
Yeah, with the severe drought over the whole West might as well give up on camp fires. I heard the fire was East of Santa Fa.
If you go to google maps and get yourself vaguely in the area, there will be a link that comes up for the fires and it will put a red spot around the affected areas. They are pretty far from the camping sites. Probably will require us to do propane fires in July either way.
New goal in life to make a pig party in the next couple years.

How'd the back springs go? Your list sounds a lot like mine. Got the suspension, disc brakes on all 4s, new clutch, 4 speed and split case installed. Waiting on EFI, PS and paint for another day.
I should probably change it from done to purchased. Lol. School is winding down here. And we have field trips and award ceremonies and all kind of stuff going on right now. Hope to get it installed soon. I have disc brakes on the front with a newer style master cylinder. Wow what a huge difference it was. Still running a three speed. The more I look at this 22 page thread I want to go. I have a two year goal. Lol EFI Will be the next purchase.

We'll be at the Outdoor Expo, arriving on the 17th, and then heading to Queen Creek to visit friends for a few days on the 23rd, probably heading home on the 27th. Might try to stop in Cottonwood to bug @RUSH55 and check on his progress on the way down from Flag or on the way home. Always ready for a beer and catching up.
