Buddy of mine did the long needed shackle reversal on the Pig. Hope it wheels a little better now. No more Rockfinders!!:D

Looks good. Did you purchase the brackets somewhere or fab them up? Also what is the purpose of adding the piece of tube between the frame and bracket on the front. I have noticed it on some and not others.

I bought all the brackets fom RuffStuff on Pirate. The tube in between is in order to keep the caster close to specs. Without it there is no way to keep the pinion pointed where it needs to be. I'll be wheeling it this weekend at the Toyota Trail Riders Jamboree in east Texas. We'll see how it works!!

looks good david,,, i did a springover and shackle reverse at the same time so i got away with not using a spacer, but in any event its a little nicer when bumping things.

Could you avoided the spacer up front if you had put the shackels in the rear through the frame, as opposed to droping a bracket down off of it?

Possibly, but I have exhaust and carrier bearing for my 2 piece driveshaft (auto tranny) in the way.
