I really want to convert one of my FZJ's into something like SLEE's.

How much do you think it would cost for all the body work for the conversion?

According to a restoration friend of mine the average FJ40 takes around 950 hours to complete. This is not a 40 resto but there would be a lot of custom fabrication. Let's assume 1/3 that time at around 100 bucks an hour.....That is just over 31 grand.

I'm painting with a wide brush but I can see it costing that much, maybe more. A lot depends on how nice you want it.
