I have the @TRAIL TAILOR 1" body lift sitting in my garage already - so I will eventually tackle that. For now though, I purchased, received and installed my new Evo Corse 17x8.5 et40 wheels and the change from a 17x8.5 et0 (Kansei wheels that were on the truck for my trip to Texas) to the new ones with the 40 less offset has eliminated all rub.
Drove into work today and took a corner with a big drooping bump faster than normal and didn't hear any rub. Pretty stoked, I have an appt with Slee on the 16th to install HD springs for the added weight out back and in prep for an additional long range fuel tank - but otherwise, I am in maintenance mode from here on out (with the exception of snow tire setup incoming this December).
The 35's have created new stress on my front suspension components (new rattles/clunking) so I need to investigate that, but my rig is very close to being done with the additions and moving on to keep it on the road chapter. Feels good, thanks mud for the help.

@jackhossross , did you ever install a body lift kit to clear the Kenda's? I read in some other threads you inquiring.
I'm going the same route this week and have some 17x8 et30's coming in specifically so I could run the Kenda 35x10.5. Other than a small 1/2"-3/4" AHC sensor lift and pinch weld reworking I was thinking I would need the 1" body lift if I wanted to avoid going any higher with an AHC lift.
I don't mind installing the body lift if for the sake of a little extra room but if not necessary the savings can go elsewhere.
I'm on +31 with 35x11.50's (spec is 34.5x11.3"). I have a 1/2" BL, 3/4" sensor lift and the pinch welds are hammered flat. I get the smallest amount of rub at 12:00 but only when both sides fully bottoms out.
I was considering running an 11.5 but from the spec sheet it seemed as though there would be very little room for margin with only the 1/2" lift. I was looking into Wildpeaks and they list a 8.7 tread width but an 11.9 section, quite a bit more than the 10.5.
I already ordered the Kenda's but it's good to know the 11.5 would work if I decide to go that route later down the road. I also already grabbed one of TT's 1" body lift kits. I was seriously considering going the 1/2" route since I had read that you successfully use it and was a little more friendly of an install, but I wasn't sure if that was with 34's or 35's. I believe the Kenda's are spec'd at 34.75'ish.
1/2” BL will work but the 1” will give you insurance and room to go wider if you eventually want to. Pinch weld mod and you’ll be good to go.

I appreciate the offer, but I just recently purchased one of TT's 1" kits. I have some new klever 35x10.5 mounted up and ready to go. I figured the body lift was debatable with the pizza cutters and a 30mm offset but I decided a body lift will cover the potential for other 35" set-ups. Going to install the body lift this week while our shop is closed.I did not, my tires and wheels fit perfectly with the kenda klevers! I was intimidated by the body lift, however I still have the trail tailor kit if you want it at half off retail?

Pics please!I'm really diggin' the Kenda Klever r/t 35x10.5. Finally got around to this project after having parts sitting around for a while.
They actually feel like they produce less scrub than the "smaller" 285/75R16 I was running. The stock 4.30 gearing is not too bad either, for now.
Still got a little rub on the liner, even after knocking everything back. Might have to add-in a little more castor to move the wheels centerline more forward.
Overall, I am very pleased with the results.
