Good Afternoon guys,

These Partsouq prices are stupid cheap compared to walking up to my local Toyota Parts Dept. desk and ordering......

So are they genuine parts? Anybody received multiple orders/parts from this site and perceived them Genuine Toyota?

Thanks,

I have received genuine parts from them, and never heard of anyone receiving anything else than the real thing.

I've heard one compalint on partsouq so far on fake parts from a post on the 100 series forums... so probably not a whole lot of fakes going on there or else we'd see more complaints.

I've bought just under 1k in parts from 3 orders so far and have always received genuine parts. Their shipping is pretty damn fast for being overseas. and I've been building up my order to spread out the cost of shipping. They use Fedex and require a signature, so I usually have to pick it up from a distribution center.

I'd recommend also checking out Norwalk Toyota (@RUBEN CROW ) They have been excellent, I've order like 4-5 times from them now. They also offer a mud discount of 3%, code which you can find in this thread: Genuine Toyota OEM Parts up to 34% off MSRP!

Also check out Cruiser Outfitters is another great source for OEM parts especially for kits.

I’ve ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from PartSouq over the years and have only ever received genuine Toyota parts.

All good. And impressively fast delivery each time for me, despite coming halfway around the world.

Ordered 100 series and 60 series parts and never a counterfeit or fake part.
They are coming from the EU so shipping is usually a big cost eater but can normally come out cheaper. There are online Toyota Dealers that will match their prices too. However, unless you have a well known dealership, they will likely rape you in charges.

fitinparts . sg is good also.
singapore, 4 orders, one canceled for obscure wires, 3 fulfilled. They're cheaper than ps, but longer delay. cheap like 28$ oem tie rod ends, 181$ front seat belts. 12$ instrument panel front plastic cover, non nav parts etc.
partsouq is still the go to place, until there's a drastic change. like below.

TIE ROD ENDTOYOTA45046-69205MDAA81US$27.86US$27.86

Over the weekend I tried to buy some OEM ball joint boots. I went to my usual supplier in VA and placed an order. I got an email stating there were no parts in the US and that the order may take over two weeks to ship. No problem, just jump over to Dubai and place an order there. Strange how parts cost less from a far away place. Not a huge amount. $27.38 vs. $33.01. Must be something about the exchange rate. While i pay more in shipping, the parts prices are very low compared to ordering the same part in the US. I ordered boots from both suppliers just for kicks.

Let's see which one arrives first.

I have bought more than 10 orders and all are OEM. Waiting a package from them tomorrow to finish up my front diff CV axle project.

Who’s your Virginia source, Mcgeorge? I shop with them as well as cruiser outfitters. I’ve been tempted by partsouq for some time now though

Compared to McGeorge, I have found Partsouq to be cheaper, faster and more accurate. Both were 100% Genuine.

One more vote to partsouq. They have parts even thise hard to find at dealers stock here

ordered several parts a few weeks ago on a Saturday from Partsouq (UAE), also from Lexus dealer in AZ, and a Toyota Dealer in FL.

Guess which package arrived first... UAE package arrived on Tuesday, FL package Wed, and AZ package on Thursday.

Tracking the Fed-Ex package from the UAE, it went to Mumbi India, then direct to Memphis.... Amazing how they can get packages around the world so quick.

Based on the package that arrived from the UAE, Partsouq appears to be a multi Franchise Auto Dealer (or importer), so I would expect (and they have always been) true OEM parts.

Same as above.

Cheaper and faster than my other OEM source(s) and always OEM parts.

There are very rare occasions when I find Partsouq more expensive than domestic dealers (the motor for the rear wiper is the first example that pops to mind). Even including shipping it is often way cheaper to buy from the UAE. The real kicker is if you want a new starter or alternator (not remans) you can still get them from Partsouq.

I'm replacing my rear shocks that the PO had replaced with non-oem, so I needed all the washers. Washers for the rear shocks are easily as expensive as the actual shocks. Partsouq had them for half the price. Ordered last week, and they'll be here in a couple days.
