Has anyone actually ordered from partsouq.com? I see were people have referenced using them for the parts diagram (which I have) , but are they a reliable seller of Toyota OEM parts?

Thank you

If not mistaken, you can't order from them ^^^^^ if you can't pronounce their name.

Another happy customer. They’re usually one of my first stops for parts. Prices are typically, but not always, cheaper than US sources. Fast shipping too.

Only issue I have is that my CC company usually blocks my transactions and I have to call and tell them it’s legit.

They are legit.

Agree with all…. I have ordered several times for some 14B diesel parts and service was great. Local toyota parts guy was dumbfounded and could not even look stuff up.

Bought from them 2x already. It's got a nice user interface to look up parts for your VIN. And the pricing is great overall, just watch the shipping cost.

Shipping and customer support, has been speedy and professional. No issues. Parts are legit. Would recommend.

As others have mentioned, genuine and legit.
If you want cheap, Amayama but long delivery.
Otherwise Partsouq or Impex.

I've used them extensively as well, and their shipping is FAST (although I'm sure it's put me on some watchlist, they're liberal with the packing material and at least half of my packages have been checked by customs). I second the notion that it can be expensive for large parts. I also have good experience using Amayama and also ToyotaPartsDeal. I rarely if ever use my local dealer, they never stock anything for Land Cruisers and I struggle with the holier-than-thou attitude from the guys at the desk.

when shopping for parts. I compare amayama, partssouq, and megazip. All great sources

I use them to pull up diagrams and part numbers, then cross reference with other online sellers to compare prices. They've saved me a bunch of money on parts before, but lately, by the time shipping is added in, I'm better off just ordering through a buddy with a Toyota parts desk hookup. Partsouq is also one of the bigger advertisers of new OEM parts on platforms like eBay.

I have placed about 40 orders and spent about $20K already! Very legit and addictive!

I've also spent thousands with Partsouq, and never had a mistake or a delivery take longer than a week. Simply amazing.
I also use Amayama, just depends on what it is. Sometimes one is cheaper than the other.

Used partsouq several times since I own my cruiser, also getting stuff for the wife's RX. Don't remember an issue with orders, and the slowest delivery time was about 1 week, most are 3-4 days. Easy to read diagrams and most importantly, PICS OF MOST PARTS, helped me at the counter at my local T dealer while the desk was trying to sell me whatever they wanted and not what I needed.

BUT, they will send non OEM parts sometimes. Partsouq sent me some crank seal that wasn't OEM and it just didn't wanna go in. Luckily, while doing my timing belt, my local dealer had the crank seal in stock. It was a Sunday, and would have messed my schedule up if not. OEM went in in a minute. Same with some other nick nacks, like oil plug seals and some orings here and there, nothing too critical, but might wanna keep an eye on the bags without the red stickers. Crank and cam seals, spend a few $s more and get locally.

Hijacking this thread with a quick question since we're in the same subject.

Amayama cancelled an order I placed for both rear lower control arms, saying that they can't ship them.

I saw some that ordered huge loads of parts from Impex Japan, I never used them before. Can't find the threads talking about their service.

How does their shipping calculator work? How accurate is it? Do they charge money and then adjust? What if it's off by $$$? Need to plug in accurate sizes together with weights?

Need the rear lowers, uppers were replaced recently. And, if all goes well at work in the next few days, I might order the front LCAs with #2 bushings too, last bearing pack inspection showed slight vertical movement in the BJs and the bushings feel hard as rock.

Sorry for the hijack.

Since you're replacing the rear lowers, why not get aftermarket like Landtank's or Trail Tailor? Piece of mind to come down on them HARD and not bend.
