no, your best bet it to hunt for one form a lexus LS400 or have yours recovered. search on here for the year range LS400 to look for.

what year wheel? lug nuts are different for certain years

no DS seat belts, those all look like yours does i am sure. they can be rebuilt for a good price. check out safety restore.
