Yep, 100 and 200 series in about a month and a half (depending on bend shop schedule).

just an update - 100 series is *almost* there - needs a slight tweak after the initial run:

however, the 200 series PCK® seems to be working out nicely in the wild.

Finally found the time to get the bracket installed. Happy to report it fit well and made a dramatic improvement in how the the rear suspension cycles and handles over bumps. The angle is much improved.
Flexed the rear end to its limits on the trails with @100kiwi and the bracket performed well

Wife and i have both encountered higher speed wag when going over something. I got under expecting to find a missing bolt on a shock or other component. Then this thread comes back to the top and i discover the diagnosis and cure. Ordered immediately upon finding the link to the web site on page 7 of this thread. I have a 2.5 inch Icon stage 1 that come on the truck when i got it with less than 10k miles on the odometer. I don't know what springs but will look for numbers before i install my airbags. I have the 3rd row and wind up with one seat back there being used and a fridge next to it. Then sometimes it's just me in the truck. Occasional hauling my 8,000 boat.

Pretty sure you'd want to weld on most any of these brackets given the loads forced on them.

@eimkeith quick question: Do I tighten the panhard bolt on your PCK for the 200 back to the 111 ft/lb factory torque spec? I think the answer is probably 'yes,' but just confirming. Thank you, and love the product. Speed hump wiggle is nary gone.

I had my first alignment since installing the drop bracket. Nice to see my thrust angle is much improved. Before the bracket I was seeing between -0.13 and -0.18 degrees with an adjustable panhard bar. Now it’s much more neutral at -0.05 degrees. The ride over bumpy terrain is much more planted.

Interesting. I don't think I've seen this measured on my LC. I associate thrust angle more with IFS/IRS as there really aren't any rear axle alignment adjustments on a solid rear axle (are there?). For a solid axle rear, would thrust angle just be of a line going from the center of the rear diff to the center of the front diff? If the rear axle was perfectly centered, the angle would be zero, right? So the bracket would help a lot depending on lift and an adjustable panhard could (and would be the only way) to dial this in to zero.

TBH I would've thought the panhard would have no impact on thrust angle. I would have though you'd need adjustable rear control arms and to slightly shorten or lengthen one side to change the angle, otherwise aren't you just shifting the axle "horizontally" left-to-right (meaning the angle is the same)?

@kcjaz the thrust angle is usually near the bottom of the alignment print out. I think you hit all the points of it. Higher lift results in increased angle. @TeCKis300 he can add more than I can to this discussion on suspension geometry and thrust angles. I have no idea why the “before” and “actual” number changes with an alignment.
