…hi Hobbs81, i’m new in Reno, past and present FJ55 owner, was a suggestion to meet up with you and sahelzer…

…will be down in AZ till Dec 1st, maybe after that..?

…awesome, looking forward to it…

…umm, you wouldn’t have a late 70’s steering wheel (‘74+) you’d care to swap for a ‘73 with a beer attached…?

That's quite a stable of handsome iron you've got there. Beautiful!

Dreadnaught favored to win if smoke from California fires ever clears enough for them to run. Hard to beat four-row, 28-cylinder Wasp Major motor. Sorta like 2F taking on Mosley cop motor.

New 55 owner! Soooo, brand new to the Cruiser scene. Had a few jeeps (I know I know) Wanted a 55 for a while now and almost had one a couple of years back. It had been for sale for over a year and as soon as I was financially capable of getting it, it of course sold the day before. Fast forward to now. I wasn't actually looking at 55s in the moment but was looking at vehicles when Mike's (Lifelong40Fan) reached out and said take me home. Look, the 55 choose me, who am I to say no. Me and dad (wife didn't want to go) drove up and made it up there at 2 in the morning. Woke up a littler later and a little after 9 am was on our way back to Prairieville, Louisiana. The 55 did great, the little F155 and H41 never skipped a beat. Does need a tank though.

Congrats on the new rig! And thanks for taking the time to get on here to chat with us and post pics of the Cruiser.
We’ve been watching and talking with Mike over the course of the build. It’s nice to see a continuation of that rather than it slip off into obscurity like so many of these other sold rigs we’ve helped guys spend money on over the years.
Looking forward to seeing what you do with the Cruiser!🍻
