And had MPD fall in behind me, thought for sure i waz going to be a victim.
Nope, not today anyway.

Looks like the brake T is seeping a bit. Rear brakes need to be played with a bit more. Seems like they were dragging a tiny bit.
Otherwise nothing fell off. Definitely need to get bumpstops back on.

Here we are again. Took a few more measurements today. Looks basically like the best ill be able to get is 10° pinion. (without cutting the balls off)
My DL angle said 15-16...
According to the old notes it looks like these are stock numbers minus the fkd up perches.

No pics today but the front is welded out. Aside from the axle side ram mount. My original plan didn't really work/fit. So back to the drawing board. I will need to grab some more material to finsh.
In theory, tomorrow could be the last fab day

(edit: i typed this last nite and apparently didn't post. Sorry about the fkd up context)

Moar.
Front is basically done. Needs fluids.
Going to knock out rear bumps after dinner.

I take it you’re about 14.5* caster now? :flipoff2:

Right on!

Went to elderberry for a little bit today. The trail leader broke an axle on the rear of his xj and that was pretty much that.
Selectable front locker is a yuge improvement.
