You could really make it mean by adding in the effects of heat and how fast you want the breaker to trip (or put another way - how long you want it to hold at full rated draw or slightly (5%) over) ....

OK I admit it, I am a lesbian in a man's body. Cool, at least I will save $$ on batteries!!! I am trying to get a hold on the world we live in. Bruce Jenner is now a woman, the NAACP is hiring delusional white women who "identify" as black, Will Smith's son is dressing like his daughter, it is now OK for a 7 year old to declare being trans gender, the Kardashiens are famous for God knows what and who the hell can figure out what Miley Cyrus is.
I guess I am showing my age, I grew up in a world where men were men, women were women and everyone had a gay cousin they did not talk about. We have come so far, not only can you let your freak flag fly but every single person you come across is expected to stand and salute it as you go by. Those of us that are heterosexual and remain the race stated on our driver's license are now the odd balls. It is still OK to have an opinion, so long as it goes along with whatever the latest craze is.

After reading Stan's link on the new American Car Industry, I followed a link on the Rover seizures I'm sure most of you have heard about.

Turns out, most of them were wrongly seized, but the seizures were justified under civil forfeiture laws. I will now briefly put on my Libertarian Tinfoil Hat and scream from the roof tops. If you are not aware of these laws and the gross abuse and governmental overstep that they permit encourage, you should seriously look into it a bit. You might be a bit embarrassed and ashamed at what can legally happen in the Land of the FREE.

I have watched and read a fair amount of coverage of the shooting in Charleston, SC and it occurs to me that the people of Charleston are a special breed indeed. I admire them for their overall response to this senseless act. Where many other communities in this nation have gone to riot under similar circumstances they have come together in peace in order to find a better way forward.
The politicians from outside have jumped on the band wagon to talk about race and get more traction while the families of the dead speak of forgiveness for the killer. We can all take a lesson from the strong people of Charleston.

I cannot agree more Stan. We have seen with this tragedy that Joe Riley (with whom I do not see eye-to-eye politically on most issues) has helped lead a reasonable reaction.
Our President (not Johnny and only capitalized out of respect for the office) on the other hand immediately started to to attempt to stir up chit on the race issue as well as others issues ... using the deaths of others to attempt to promote his causes.
A classic case of two people with similar political ideology taking completely different approaches to dealing with a crisis / tragedy.

What a curiously stupid little stunt. Glad no one got hurt. Attachment points for the chain on the dozer were a recipe for disaster.

Yep, sometimes it's not all about horsepower. Funny thing looking at that is that rating on dozers is called "drawbar pull".
Having today off but then not being able to go to huricane creek due to house work sucked...... But while I was waiting on the carpet cleaners this helped ease the suckiness.

OK, so it's Sun morning and I am sitting here watching TV news and reading more news here on the puter. ENOUGH with the damn "confederate" flag already. First off, half these idiots do not even know the origin of the flag in the first place. But not everyone views this flag as a racist symbol. I grew up in PA, north of Philadelphia and you saw the "rebel" flag hanging around. We viewed as just that, a sign of rebellion, against what who knew.
But here we are, the PC crowd had to latch on to something and get it banned because a LONE gunman killed 9 people. I reiterate a statement I made earlier in this thread, the people of Charleston have more character than has been represented by any other group chiming in on this subject. How much better we will all be once this flag is no longer out in public, I can only imagine.
NASCAR has even banned flying the flag at their events. Puzzies!!!! Have a damn back bone for christ sake.
