Thanks. PM or text me, please. And what's up with the set of tires in your pickup today??? Not stalking you, just couldn't avoid looking when I went to the SIL's house today.

Moar. Time to take a week off after two solid ass months of work. Something like 750 man hours of work so far, primarily myself and a buddy of mine.

Nothing serious right now. I've thought of surprising my wife with one over the years, but she's only into the last gen model. I'll reach out if it ever comes to a better chance of happening. I appreciate the offer of assistance.

Oh a 3rd gen? I got a lead on one, and will be around for a while.
Not a bad car, but will need work as it's been sitting for years.

Drove both of these today, GX was real disappointing, LX felt like it should.

What was disappointing about the GX?
It felt more like a 4runner, which i have and love, but didn't feel like the quality I was expecting. Also while the same drivetrain, it was extremely loud in the gx.

isn't the GX built on the same platform as the 4runner?

They are all built on the same TNGA-F platform. 4runner, tacoma, sequoia, tundra, gx, lx, LC250. Most seem to have slight variations in suspension components, axle size, frame steel thickness in certain sections. Theoretically they all should feel similar but, to me, the gx and lx felt very different

Sweet. I had 1985 in high school. One of the best handling cars i have ever driven.

Interesting. I have heard the LC is loud as well. The new 700h overtrail is crazy cool. It says 33's and they are 265/70 r 18. That is like 32.6. ;<)

The triple diff lock option is interesting. I wonder if the G wagon having that had any impact or just wanted something unique this day in age. A 700h overtrail in like 15 years should be a good buy. BaaHAA.

Also, the option list goes on and on.

My neighbor had this come through her Son's window. Police are calling it a pellet gun pellet. It looks rifled and jacketed to me maybe 9mm. The police took the bullet before I could see it, but she took pictures. It went through a single pane window, two curtains and a comforter before it hit the door knob on the far wall. Shot only had one path through a narrow row if fired from the street about 200m away, otherwise someone would have had to walk around our pond to get a closer shot - unless it was just a random hit.

Standard line spacing on a writing pad is something like 7mm. In that case, looks way less than 9mm.

Good eye, but what about college ruled? Though it does look a little long to be 9mm. @angerhater ?

Line spacing options are all <9mm. From Wikipedia:

In the United States, "college ruled" or "medium ruled" paper is the standard.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
  • College/Medium Ruled:
This is the most common type in the US, featuring lines spaced 9/32 inches (7.1 mm) apart.

  • Wide/Legal Ruled:
These lines are spaced further apart, at 11/32 inches (8.7 mm), often used by younger children or those with larger handwriting.

  • Narrow Ruled:
Lines are spaced closer together, at 1/4 inch (6.4 mm), for those with smaller handwriting or to fit more lines on a page.

Still not sure. That bullet is very straight sided with a flat base, unlike most air rifle pellets which are conical and have a hollow base.
