Thanks to @David1947 for welcoming Sarah and me into his house HOURS after we had hoped to be there to pick up some parts. We also enjoyed finally meeting his wife and dogs. It was hard to leave without stealing Maple (beautiful girl dog who deserves the attention he lavishes on her).

Jan is an off month so you should be able to get the price down a bit.
That said, you want to find out
-What local codes apply, what permits and inspections are required, you ask your city and ask the contractor as well once you know
-All the ratings on the window regarding energy etc
-How close to the window size you currently have
-How will they finish the exterior to the window
-How will they trim the inside of the window
-How will they control dust and debris in effected rooms
-After job clean up, don't assume anything
-They should be thinking of blocking off door ways in the rooms effected to control some heat loss

Gotta give credit to Costa sunglasses. I had a pair that I bought on clearance from an online discount outlet. Probably paid under $50. The lens coating was delaminating on the inside. I've never seen anything like that. Sent them to Costa for warranty work and they said that they no longer offer the lenses for that discontinued model so "please pick a pair and let us know what to send you".
