Here are pdf files of panels that need to removed to get access to flasher relay. Knee Airbag removal pdf references some steps from interior panel removal pdf. I have added notes to knee airbag pdf and highlighted the corresponding numbers in the interior panel removal pdf.

I wondered about that too but I think it's a selectable feature via the techstream software. It's just not selectable on the cruiser. I had the dealer check it out before I bought the cheapo eBay software cable and software . I'm not sure if that's 100% true as I often don't trust the dealer but it could be as simple as a relay swap. Maybe some LX folk could chime in or we could get @beno to cross reference the relay part numbers.

Maybe its not selectible in TIS until the LX relay is installed.

At least we were able to help the pre 16 cruiser owners. But this also makes me sad... I'm sure this there is away to get this on our 16 up cruisers

Just installed this. Very easy and very worth it. It "ticks" a little differently but not bad

Did you just follow the above directions? For me those directions may as well be in Chinese. I'm interested in this but it seems hard to install.

Got in there and got the signal relay swapped out. I pulled the old relay out and taped the new DD one onto the metal mount pictured above. Photo proof that it went in a ‘13 LC200, not sure they’ll help with the install but I snapped them so I guess I’ll post them. You don’t have to pull the old relay and tape the new one down but I didn’t want it flopping around behind the dash. I’ve already got a mystery rattle from my drivers side 3rd row jump seat that’s making me nuts.

Thanks for all the posts above, all the help I needed for install was in this thread.

Anyone replace the front signals with LED bulbs? Pictured are the ones DD sent along with the Diode Dynamics relay that they said would work. They didn’t seat well into the socket, were much longer than stock and didn’t blink. Yes I switched the bulb for polarity. No workie, I’m not sure they would’ve fit back into the housing due to their length anyways, I didn’t try since they didn’t work anyways. If anyone has gone LED with the front signal bulbs please chime in, I’d like to match the stock signals to the ARB LED signals in my bumper.

Do the US spec 200s use dual filament front turn signals? This is what I have on my 2011 with 2013 headlights but mine is GEN spec with 7440 single filament front turn signals https://www.amazon.com/JDM-ASTAR-Ex...22658331&sr=1-1&keywords=jdm+astar+7440+amber

I didn’t look to see if it was dual filliment... it was amber, glass and a hell of a lot shorter than the LED bulb I tried to get in the socket. The drivers side behind the battery is going to require the battery to be pulled out too I’m guessing. That’ll be a pain in the ass.

Anyone think I can use these LED bulbs in the rear? Then I won’t have to send them back.

Here's how to check if you have single or dual filament front turn signal bulbs:

Dual filament - turn signals light up with a lower intensity/brightness when the parking lights are on then flash at full brightness when the signal light is on

single filament - turn signals stay off when the parking lights are on and flash full brightness when the turn signals are on

You should be able to switch out the turn signal bulbs without touching the battery. I have a factory dual battery setup with two 3SM/N70 (105D31L) size batteries and had no problem replacing the turn signal bulbs

The rear turn signal bulbs on the 2013 use 194 bulbs so those bulbs you have will not work
