This is what is left of it. It measures 29mm including the speedtape.

My solution was to use a rubber stopper (#5, IIRC), a 90* plastic elbow for 1/2" hose, and some heat shrink tubing to hold it in place. So far so good. You can see it in the photo below.I'm trying think of a clever way to utilize the hole in the airbox left over from the PAIR delete as the intake for the compressor air supply.
After looking at this again, I think it'll be a close fit, but it should work. I may be able to lower my switch a little over an 1/8" and with turning that holder sideways, it should clear. I've got about 1.25" from the fitting to the switch body, any measurement on that elbow?Got the hose kit from the filter to the Air Manifold AND the filter to the compressor worked out. The filter has been selected and just waiting for the clamps I'm using to arrive. Then some test fitting and off to the races cuz I'll have COMPLETE on-board-air system for the 80!!!

I like my 90s as hard as possible!
Would that go right into the manifold, or would I still need the fitting that is already there?Try this one

Ah OK, didn't realize it was a check valve. Looks like I have plenty of options. Just need to get everything fitted and measured before I decide. That "fitting" is there as a one-way check valve. What you could do is switch sides. Then the only issue is the markings don't like up but a black paint marker can take care of that. The manifold doesn't care which port is which.

I feel like you people really understand me.... switching the fittings around with mismatched labels would've irritated me every time I popped the hood.
In my opinion, the 80 series in particular demands a certain type of owner in this day and ageI feel like you people really understand me.
