That last pic of me also has Romer's Other Daughter (i think thats the right one) driving at the bottom. She did awesome.

Its also good to see the pics of me getting stuck. Incidently, Christo's 85 is also driving that exact same spot where my bumper got ripped off. He obviously has a bit more skill than I.

Great time, i'll see if i can put up a few pics.

here we are. First is of Drew and Jon on Fins, then Drew on Fins, looking a little scared. Lastly is my "cover shot" pic.

Here is two more from Thursday. Playing in the Hot tubs on Hell's Revege, first Jason, then Ken. Ken had some carb problems and we got quite a bit of excitement when his engine caught on fire as he rolled back into the tub. (flying fire extinguishers)

OK, Last posting. This first picture is us tring to repair a broken oil pressure sending unit line that blew out while trying widowmaker. If you look at the hood you can see the smoke stains from the fire in the Hot tub. Thanks to Neil frrom Rising Sun for the use of his clean-up kit. The second shot is just a flexy poser pic taken down by the sand dunes at Behind the Rocks. Thanks everyone for a great time.

Cruise Moab 2006 was a blast!! Thank you everyone.

Yes, the new paint made the 40 wheel beter than ever! I went over some stuff that I didn't think was possible before Moab. Pics are uploading to the server....

Did you get your oil pressure figured out before you left?

I'm having a heck of time resizing photos and not getting them pixelated.

Here's our group at the end of Pritchett, 3 HOURS! Must have been a land speed record for that trail and no we didn't miss anything. Almost every obstacle was done by everyone. Not everyone hit the rockpile at the end, and I did bypass can opener, not because I wasn't able to do it but with a small group and the pace we went it was an opportunity to speed to the front to get photos. Barry did an excellent job of leading! He's loud and really excited about what he's doing. He's a lot of fun to be around on the trail. He's a darn good spotter too!

Thanks to Rising Sun and especially the CM Comittee. I think the event has grown and lot and the management of the event was excellent. Being a trail leader and issued a Satelite Phone was probably a first on any organized TLCA events and much appreciated. It makes the worries of the unforseen in the back country a lot less.

X2 on the CM committee. It really is a top shelf event.

Small correction on the sat phone 'first' Thanks to our generous sponsors, River Shiver has been able to outfit our leaders with Sat phones every year that the event has been TLCA sanctioned.

Nice to see the new expedition rig performing well and finishing the event unscathed. You know who to call when you are ready for the cold weather testing.

x 2, x 2.

Great event, as always.

Would like to get the ball rolling on trails I think would be great fun for next year. In particular I really love Mashed Potatoes and "The Pickle." They can both be run in the same day-and I believe they are in fact EJS approved BLM trails, so...

4 to 4+ for both, but wonderful scenery. Just a thought. Sorry no photos, we didn't have the camera out much-Chris you have any more from MM????

Another shout to Rising Sun, I would be happy to scout do any CM07 needed on-site BLM meetings, etc, as I am so close to Moab. Let me know if I can be of help.

And props to Ben for having the gumption to not only wheel the 100, but not squeal at the sound of rock to metal

Good to meet up with you Eric. Metal Masher was fun-and I believe a successful Widowmaker is in our future ;-). Its been windy yesterday and today, I bet we may have some sand back in our holes...blow wind, blow!

If you check my avatar, that was last year, I think, my fronts have crested and the rear tires aren't even CLOSE to contacting the rock. EJS did a number on that obstacle.

Here is a great picture that shows the diversity of Moab in the springtime. IMHO This would be a great cover photo. And it's not even my cruiser.

Agree. Outstanding photo despite of the flipped bezel. :flipoff2:

Thanks to Dave Zartman of 4WD Toyota Owner for snapping these of me on the Poison Spider Mesa Wedgie.

Here is the video from widowmaker. The new paint worked it's magic :)
I wasn't going to do it but Dan didn't want to be the only one. Thank you Dan, I am glad I tried it.

Widowmaker video

Golden Crack video
