@Cruiserhead05 never knew of anyone doing a BL on the LX. I got some research to do today.

@MTKID work to enable 200-series body lifts

What did you do for the restoration? My 15 is hurting with the headlights. So milky.
Just a $20 off-the-shelf Turtle Wax headlight kit will get them looking pretty clear, but they wont stay that way for long. This time I used the Turtle Wax kit and then treated with Opti-Coat Opti-Lens. We'll see if it holds up over time.

This was a pleasant surprise on my road trip home. True calculated MPG was 18.7. The 5.7 in the LX does much better at 80+ mph than my 100.

Snagged some Tundra Trail Edition rims on the way home. Hopefully the dark metallic gray looks good on black.

Do you have any tire rubbing on the control arms with the +40 offset rims?
I don't think so, but I'll take a look. I think a tundra rim with a 1" spacer is like +35 so it didn't even occur to me that it would be an issue.

Edit: Looks like I have about 1.5" of clearance

You're probably okay. But heads up there's a chance it can still touch and could be a watch item. The tightest clearance against the UCA is full compression with steering lock. My 35x12.5 at +35mm looked similar yet will get into the UCA on compression.

Thanks for the tip. I checked closer and there are indeed witness marks of rub. Seems to happen with larger compression and limits of steering input, so in low speed maneuvering. It's almost on the underside of the UCAs. I'll keep an eye on it and see how significant it is, and may go up to a 1.25" spacer if it's worthwhile to address. Sounds like you also went with aftermarket UCAs that may give more clearance?

This is also a good place to note that the Toyo AT3s are a middling aggressiveness, yet tidy tire. There are definitely more aggressive 35x12.5 tires out there with higher profile tread which may create more fitment issues.
