Center caps on order for RWs
New TPMS sensors on order, got OEMs on fleabay for $130
New Michelin Defender M/S2s on order
Nitto's weren't for me.

Alternator failed at 139k miles. Got an OEM from a totaled truck with less than 40,000 miles on it. My mechanic took a few days, but I'm back in business.

My new Michelin LTX M/S2's are wonderfully quiet, like what I had on there prior.

Rock warrior Etsy caps look good.

Got an oil change.

My spare tpms sensor isn't playing nice. Going to stop by Costco tire center to figure that one out tomorrow.

I was staring at it after the car wash the other day, didn't grab a photo. Here's from the other day before the Michelin's went on.

Rear drivers wheel bearing started clunking today... When it rains it pours.

On order, arrives Friday: rear wheel bearings OEM, rear wheel seals, rear rotors & pads

Eagle is grounded for now. Short but sweet week without issues. Hope to get back on the road Sunday.

You can drive a long way on a cranky rear wheel bearing. When they spit grease and kill your abs sensor then you’re on short time.

Oh s*** good to know! It’s really honking, are you certain?

I’m sure they are all a bit different, but I drove on mine for a few thousand miles before I found a shop to do the work. The reason I say the abs sensor is the sign is that eventually the bearing will allow for oscillation and the sensor will get some metal contact on it and wear away. Thats when you know the end is nigh. Until then it’s just noise.

That makes me feel much better. Thanks @grinchy - mud is the best

Got four OE wheel bearings and rear rotors / pads ready to go. Waiting for the mechanic to free up. Sold the Nitto G2's on Facebook. Took a $150 hit on them. Really pleased with how the linux system has been treating me. CarPlay works very well.

In the meantime I'm borrowing my brothers 2016 Jeep Wrangler. It's a fancy custom job. Took care of a few things for him:
-TPMS sensors, repaired a dead turn signal, installed needed hub centric rings, replaced the standard lugs with thinner spline lugs to fit his custom wheels, oil change, wash. While not my cup of tea, it looks & drives much better than when he gave it to me.... that and no lights on the dash is a rare & wonderful feeling for a jeep person. Grateful there are no ducks involved.
