It is so close I was almost thinking I could wrap Emory cloth around a tennis ball or something like that. Anyone see a problem with that?

The router and pattern bit trick that @Broski mentioned really isn't tough at all, and can still leave you with a nice machined finish - nicer than hand sanding, and much faster and easier. If you don't have a wood router, I promise you have a neighbor that does, and the bits are $10-$15 at Home Depot (if your nice neighbor doesn't already have one)...:) Aluminum used in wheels is soft enough that the router will handle it with ease, and the bit will still be 100% usable when you're done.

Ya, your not the first one to have issue !
I'm going to guess it's the lip that retains the center cap which can't be used any ways.
Post a picture of the center bore.
If your handy and have a router and pattern bit you can take that lip off 😎
Router!? Genius! That lip is exactly the problem. They will be set to go momentarily!

I don’t know how I missed this earlier.

Success! Now I’m in the 37’s club.

Your rig looks like it can use a diet, but the the wheel and tire combo is probably not as heavy as some other brand tires, Goodyear MTR is pretty light compare to most 37 MTs.
i think you could say this about just any 80 series build. and i'm running toyos not goodyear

but thank you for your opinion.

it gets around just fine with the turbo

How much does it weigh?

Is anyone running the Raceline RT951 in 17x9 -38 with 37x12.5x17

Your plan is heading the right direction for 37s....

I would plan on getting the Long Length Delta Arms, you want to push the axle forward as much as possible (that extra length makes a difference from cutting). You can also get relocation brackets.

I would also think about moving the rear axle back, using extended arms (land tanks arms are an option). My 37s were just touching the body at full stuff.

Also be ready to get Bump Stop extensions... Depending on your up travel, the bump stops help from having to cut...

Every truck is slightly different depending on springs /weight distribution...

I really love the Raceline beadlocks but my wallet doesn't love them as much as I do... LOL!!! I Love how these rims look on your rig.

Yeah I agree! I was able to get them off marketplace, still pricey tho.

They are an awesome wheel, raceline did a great job engineering their beadlock.
