Thanks for the heads-up on the M10 - and no, I never heard anything back from Kevin either.

For almost 3500 pieces - $654 + tax

The yellow zinc coating is much more uniform than the pictures imply.

The fasteners appear to be 1st rate.

3500 pieces? Did you order a whole lot extra? Your list only totals 1400... ;):D

Those do look good, but $654 Ouch! I do like the SEMS and indented heads though.

For my engine and frame I have just been de-rusting my OEM bolts and powder coating them. I can replace them later when I get the money to buy good ones. For the body bolts I guess I will order from Wurth...

The Wurth line is a good lead. They have an excellent selection of hardware. I notice that they do a kit (p/n 19641274) of metric flange bolts and nuts that covers most of the common sizes although it's not yellow plated.

Funny, I was just creating a small new entry for this thread when it popped up!

Front Brake Hard line bracket to frame bolt

1 8mm x 1.25 x 20mm. Split and Flat washer. 12mm head but 13mm fits

Hi Guys, I think the problem with Kevin is that it was really a PIA to get the bolts he did for me and I guess he has other fish frying? He still has never sent me a bill and we do a good bit of business with him. He has billed me for plenty of other stuff since then. I could call him about the JIS stuff, but I suspect I would get the same answer you guys have gotten, "I will get back to you". I guess I was lucky to get what I did?

PS. Thanks Coolerman for all the hard work you have done to keep that spread sheet current.

I ordered the p/n 19641274 set of bolts from Wurth. Pretty nice, comes in a steel box, bolts are 10.9 grade. Ordered a bunch of other bolts too, arrived quickly, very nicely packaged and presented. The pricing is hard to gauge as it decreases the more you buy, shipping is $5 flat if you spend over $300. I also got the least expensive item for free as a first order. I might save up for a bunch of SEMS bolts.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not already, what size is the tie rod and relay rod clamp hardware and is the nut a special type friction nut?

I just cant make this work...bought 2 nuts from 2 different stores 12 x 1.25....any other possibility for a '65?

Okay - My steering wheel to column (36 spline) is a 12 x 1.50.

Was the reference for a 12 x 1.25 nut from a later 33 spline perhaps?

On my 79 2f... Timing cover has only 5 of the short split washer bolts. They all have a Phillips head in them and they are 6 x 8 with a pitch of 1. They all have the split washer... the other three... are longer and go on the left/passenger side of the cover. They go through the backing plate and have a nut on the back that is supposed to hold 2 brackets on the back. One bracket has 2 holes on it... and the other one has one... I still can't find the one hole bracket as my wire wheel flung it someplace in my shop and I am still looking for it... going on 4 months now.

Anyway I will take measurments of the other 3 bolt lengths and get that info to you here.
