Asking $14,500 for a well maintained 62 with 337k miles... I'm curious for everyone's input if this in unrealistic. I purchased through BAT in 2018 for $9,100 and have put quite a bit into it. I know vehicles tend to sell at a premium on BAT just not sure by how much. Spent most if its life in California with a few years in New Jersey. Let me know if you have any questions. Only trying to sell because my commute increased by about 80 miles round trip and this needs to become my daily driver so I was looking for a few more safety features for the kids.
Below is a cold start video

Registered and Passed Smog in January 2020. It was repainted in the original Beige and Grey (27G) in 2004. At some point prior to 2004 a full floating rear axel was added along with a 2 inch OME lift. Both the Fuel Pump and Fuel Tank were replaced under Warranty.
The list of work completed over the past 8 years that I am aware of can be found below and includes a transmission rebuild, a/c conversion, knuckle rebuild, water pump replacement and BOSS Airbag installation. New BF Goodrich KO2 33 inch tires were purchased in 2019 along with new tie rod ends, front rotors/pads, battery, front/rear diff oil changes and a new thermostat.
Cylinder Compression test performed in 2018 showed the following numbers:
1: 175
2: 175
3: 175
4: 170
5: 160
6: 175
Some surface rust is present on the frame along with a small rust hole in the lower rear quarter panel on the drivers side. A photo showing this is included. There is also a small dent in the hood from a baseball, a dent on the rear bumper, a small dent in the upper/rear passenger side and a bubbling near the rear wiper. The vehicle also has various paint scrapes/chips from normal use. These scrapes/chips where covered over to protect from rust but are visible.
I bought this on the BAT site in April 2018

Occasionally, the check engine light comes on for a brief period and goes off after turning off the engine. The issue has been diagnosed twice, but the code has been too broad to pinpoint. When the light comes on, no change in the functionality of the truck is detected. The code generated is 25 & 26: Fuel mixture too rich or lean. Both O2 sensors have been replaced by the previous owner. I have not seen any issues arise from the check engine light and the Land Cruiser did pass California smog a few weeks ago.
The work completed from April 2018 forward was done by myself (the easier stuff) along with Valley Hybrids in Stockton California. Spare tire is included but not attached to the vehicle at this time.
