Keep the top. Take it apart, wrap the sides and back doors so they don't get dinged, and store it all flat. Hell, I never tried, but I bet you can hide it all under your bed if need be. But seriously, keep the top, as there will come a time when you'll be wanting to use it, and you'll be sorry if you sold it.

I agree keep the top. At some point you may want to use it. Seperate and store it in the rafters of your garage or hang it complete form the rafters.
