As I understand it, it's a good idea for the wide band and the MAP-ECU to share power and be grounded together.
The exchanger is where you're shedding heat - that water flows to the intercooler (if you look on the engine bay pic you can just barely see the big aluminum box intercooler). Different from an air/air setup. So, yes.2 sensors is an odd one.
Question .... Are you circulating the water in your heat exchanger to a place it can dump heat or is your system static?
