Hi friends was in the right track till a few weeks before when i screwed up something really bad, gave my fuel lines connecting Fuel pump and injectors for nickel coating and when got it back found rusting inside fuel lines which i'm not able to clear even after few rounds of chemical wash and don't want some dirt get inside injectors nor the engine block, so now sourcing fuel lines and one of our member have agreed to ship it for 100+70$ so while waiting for parts to arrive, some fab work where kicked in fabricated SS pipe line for silencer 3" and turbo hooked up intercooler mounting clamps. also finished front grills and light bezel and it really came out nice really felt happy would like to thank our member ESH for this.

1) SS pipe line for inter cooler and turbo plumping completed.
2) oil lines and water lines for CT26 turbo charger fabricated.
3) Exhaust lines, down pipes all done and finally hoked will start and test run her after 14 months of hibernation with all body and mechanical works carried out.

sorry for bad quality photo's will try to take better pictures.

Looks like your welds are having a hard time penetrating that chrome finish. You may want to try grinding that off before you weld them fully, it should make it easier to penetrate and probably much better for your lungs too.
Nothing but respect for your determination, I wish I was half as motivated as you are on my project.

Loving the progress! Keep it up!

That grill and headlight setup is throwing me for a loop though.

Essar all the spot welds smoothly grind and welded these photos where taken while we where trying to fix a trial setup. Thanks Johnny, felt sad since there was no comments after 24 hrs of me posting update and your words means a lot to me, today we tried to crank her up and she roared within 2 crank but something went wrong, Oil line for turbo gave up and splashed oil all over so stopped fixing the oil line will start her tomorrow.

Keep at it mate we're all watching, you're just doing stuff we haven't seen done in ways we're not used to seeing it done.

Crick60 thanks, if go to Toyota service centers they might do the type of work someone would expect on a LC, but my truck was in a very bad shape they might not recognize is a LC are a Toyota, also i have never seen a HJ60 in my place before, also in this build i know each and every strong and week points of my truck which i might not be informed if go to Toyota guys that's one main reason choose to do it this way. today second attempt self motor giving trouble removed and cleaned it twice still same looking for new self starter in US please suggest me where i can get it so i save in shipment.

Essar yes bro in need of few parts in 12 volt, starter motor, front wiper motor, Edix motor and 150 amps 12volt alternator which can be sourced in US, as my parents will carry India shipping from Australia is expensive task.
