New to me FJ60 (1 Viewer)

Hi All, I got a new to me FJ60 and been doing some replacement of hoses and such and have a couple questions on some hose placement as they are just sitting in the engine bay as the previous owner did a de smog on it.

I added a couple pics and the one hose is on the passenger side coming from the firewall that the po put a bolt in the line and the other on the driver side runs over to the charcoal canister and want to confirm that hooks to the driver side VCV.

Also wondering if I need to keep the passenger side VCV as the po put a HEI DUI dizzy on from Manafre. If I do need to keep it do I just cap where the factory Toyota dizzy would vent to?

First picture.... I believe that hose goes to the charcoal canister from the drivers VCV. This is how mine looks. I just followed the desmog doc and the car runs okay. I'm not a mechanic and I have struggled a lot on making all this vacum hoses right.
