Gareths Sixty thanks for your appreciation front grill setup is quite confusing so need to wait for the final outcome.
Option 1) full chrome also will be fixing old type Toyota land cruiser metal emblem on the grill.
Option 2) will be Matt black finish with same emblem in chrome.
Option 3) will be gloss black including emblem. Let me see which will be more suitable.

So you have all of your electrical issues sorted now?

Essar temporarily sorted out, but will be switching to 12 volt system so still in search of self start motor in 12 volt in US so i can avoid on shipment cost from AUS which is almost same as the self motor cost, rest all settled EDIC motor, 12 volt glow plugs sourced rest if only self motor.
Johnson thanks for your words planning to complete by Mar drove her around 250 kms without any issue.

friends can please suggest me where i can get power steering gear box rebuild kit? not the pump but the gear box as it is leaking and with 35" don't feel that easy on steering. don't want to send my gear box for rebuild due to shipment cost.

Some more updates in the last 2 months, lot's of rust repair has been done once again replacing the entire roof as too much of pitting will complete in weeks time and i can say 100% rust repaired body all around. in mechanical and performance point replaced top mounted inter cooler to front mounted, previous radiator though repaired not so comfortable with it so replaced 4 core copper radiator with a dual electric fan, installed a bigger AC condenser with fan, also installed hydraulic struts for the bonnet All the three setup came out well and very much happy as started with lot of worries regarding space constrain but all went in well nicely spaced and seated.

Thanks Essar, my plan was to make it a Toyota Land cruiser in the first place as you know the state i picked her up, along the way realized no point in restoring a classic without reliability so these are some of the upgrades i was able to do on it. its true its unique in lot of aspect bro only HJ60 with

1) SAHARA roof
2) PTO winch
3) H55 GB
4) only turbo intercooled 2H
5) running on 35"

Looking really good! I like the roof rebuild. Is your steering box leaking at the bottom around the pitman arm? If it is, it may
just be a seal. That can be replaced without too much trouble. I've got a steering box that is leaking, I just haven't gotten around
to figuring out the part number and getting to it.
Just curious, what city are you in?

Cruiser pilot your right steering box is leaking last time ordered for steering gear box service kit but came out pump service kit, do you have the seal part no? i'm in need of it, I'm from South India.

Installation of HVAC unit with bigger rating AC compressor, rear blower and 3 row seating bigger console box bought some 1.5 year before completed everything came out well and I'm pretty happy with the out come.
