I bought some new to me, used, tires(super swamper 33x12.5x15 tsl radials, a couple of weeks ago for my tacoma for $450 (four at 90% and new new), but since I aquired the landcruiser yesterday they will go on it instead. The wheels are procomp rock crawler extreme fake beadlock wheels part # 152-5883 15x8 with a 3.75" bs bolt pattern is 6x5.5". It has 1/4" aluminum spacers in the front to clear the caliper and rear(not really needed). I had penty of threads on the lugs and nothing rubbed as I spinned the tire/wheel combo. Since the engine doesn't run I probably won't get to test if it rubs with the worn out stock suspension. I have read that this size tire will rub when compressed and turning though. I'll be doing a 2.5" spring lift as soon as I figure out what to do to get the truck running.

I've included pictures from many different angles. If this is a bad combination let me know. If you like it let me know. Thanks.

These wheels were fairly cheap. They were scratch and dent off ebay, $60 each shipped.

The spacers cost $12 for a pair

I think it's perfect....

except for the whole not running part

Keep us updated, especially if you go with a swap

Looks great!

That suspension looks far from worn out. In fact, it almost looks lifted.

Looks good so far. Let us see it when you get it lifted and you can bet the farm that it will rub wth its current set-up

I was thinking the same thing. It looks like you have at least extended shackles or add-a-leafs. Great looking rig though.

the only thing i dont like are the wheels... i have the same exact ones on my rig only they are chrome. the downfall for me is hard to get to valve stems sometimes (cause im lazy) and biggest thing is i allways seem to fill the fake beadlock with mud and rocks and it takes forever to get it all out. outside of that i like it. leave em on there.

yeah hight looks good, if your getting new springs send those ones my way. my truck would be very happy to sit like that.

Here is a picture of the springs, they don't look too new.

Maybe I have aftermarket shackles on there or something but since I have no idea what stock shackles look like they may be aftermarket.

those arent factory shackles and it looks like you have a couple extra leafs too.

That is good news. Thanks. I had measured the truck to sit about 21" on all four sides and had read that they usually measure 18-19"(center hub to fender). I figured that it may just be my bad measurement or the truck hadn't settled as bad as others. So, I guess I have about a 2" lift. Now I'd like to figure out what type of locker one of the previous owners installed.

looks like PO added a short leaf to the pack and some kind of ubolt skid.

That is the same u bolt skid plate I have. Cant remember if I ordered it from CCOT or spector. I mixed and matched when I did the lift. I have bounce mine off many rocks.

Those don't look like stock springs at all.

I would bet lift springs..
And shackles..

The U bolt skids are a nice add tho..

I run 33x12.5 ATs on stock leaves and shackles that are about the same length as yours. I have flexed it all the way out and had no rub (I really thought it was going to rub).

With the leaves and shackles you have, I would think you should be OK, but Im no expert.

Now just get the truck running and find out for yourself :D

whats the deal with the rear bumper? if thats a hitch i see put into the stock rear bumper, im thinking about doing the same...

also, i have 33x12.5 on actual stock sagged suspension and i only rub at full stuff on the rear inner fender wells, so oyu should be totally fine

bumper looks stock painted black. Not a bad idea on a thrifty budget. "chrome won't get you home."

Looks nice.....just get it running!

That bumper hitch is pretty neat. It is bolted in all over and seems fairly strong. I'm not sure if it is a stock bumper modified or a different bumper. The guy gave me another bumper and the corner pieces.
