Looks pretty cool, I'm not a big fan of paying $30 a day for something I can do for free in another location though.

i cant find any pictures of the trails, but i'd be interested in a quick trip there

Yeah, I am not up for paying to wheel when you can go for free to places like we went last weekend.

Gas is enough :)

I have to agree ORV parks are not my ideal wheelin, they lack the adventure of trips like this past weekend, and past rides at places like mountain estates and Joecasse...

but I am also glad to see another ORV park opening up in our area, it shows a growing interest and support in our sport :D

It was just something to put in our back pocket.

Are you saying you don't like Tellico, URE?:flipoff2:

nope I love them, but as I stated they are not my Ideal/first choices :D......... I will wheel just about any where any time :flipoff2:

.......... there is just something more appealing about find remote tucked away trails, that few people know or travel :D

There aren't many which is why the area is so awesome.

It's going to be gone soon, way before our kids can get out there, which is a shame...

Free wheelin'

Stage 2 of the hunting/camping scout party ought to be coming up.
Muster Grounds could be explored for the connection to stage 1 in Rosman.
Day ride into MG. Opens in April. Anybody got any GPS #s from
Augerhole? I think I have some MG GPS #s .

yep you are right david, we plan on doing the auger hole camping trip the first weekend of May.............. have you found away to legally get that little red gate to the MG open so we can complete the Rosman to Whitewater trail :grinpimp:

I thought you had that worked out JP, something about a Warn something or other... :grinpimp:

I'd like to get to the gate from the S.C. side first. Nothing like first hand knowledge and
proper details to help state your case. I think the gate is a S.C. / N.C. issue with
someone in S.C. holding the key. After this scout I'll see what we can do to make
a good case for us to TEND this trail or something. It's a shame the old route
is being lost to travel. Lots of history there. Plenty of fish and game too. :grinpimp:
