Got mine up and running. Even with no fuel in the bowl, it only took it a few cranks with the choke pulled to get it to start, with my recharged battery!

Now I just need to make sure I have all the vacuum stuff plumbed right, and get everything tuned how I like it...

easy as pie to do, just remove the one from the old carb and attach to the new one. Did this on the last one I did and worked well.

Yes you will have to unbolt the a/c idle up solenoid from your old carb but it will fit and work just fine on these.

Please put me in line on a carb, i have a weber thats crapping out and wanna do something diffrent. I currently have mech. linkage but may change that to a cable.. will deciede i guess when the carbs become available, this sounds like the ticket. do you contact us whan they come in or do we need to check back with ya now and then? I may be interested in a dizzy as well, thanks alot Dave

Marshall....I am an novice LC owner so I have a kinda basic question. Is your carb something I can purchase and then install on my stock 84 FJ60 now.....or only after I de-smog it....or should it be part of a de-smog project? Do you have any of the $150 reworked ones that will fit a FJ60? I have an 1984 with mechanical linkage. I can pay pal you anytime you need the funds.

On other news the carbs and dizzys have left the port. Should be at the left coast in a couple weeks and to me a few weeks later so I'm looking at the first week in Sept. I know it's late but at least they are moving. By then I should be full time working for THC.
