New Brakes for my '78 40

So wondering if most people regard the stock OEM rotors as the best or if aftermarket is as good. My dealer gives a mud discount so willing to pay a bit more if OEM is the way. Anyone use ceramic disc brake pads with stock rotors, wondering how they would work for an offroad oriented vehicle? Appreciate opinions.

No one has run the stock rotor with ceramic pads???

Or are there better aftermarket rotors out there for the 40? Better with stock brake pads??? Opinions......?

oem rotors and semi metallic pads, work just fine for these road legal tractors.

I think ceramic pads won;t do all that good. The need to be hot to function to max efficiency

Did you decide on which setup you wanted to put on. Brake main/repair/upgrade is first on my list when I pick up a 40 so it's interesting to see what others have done and the amount of improvement they see.
