Update:

The truck is loaded into a container and en-route to the US!

While I wait for her to arrive, does anyone know what size the stock head unit and speakers are? I’d like to replace the stereo with something tasteful and useful since the existing radio doesn’t work and speakers are worn out.

I put 4" speakers in the dash spots, 3.5 might also fit better

Pair of 4” speakers in the dash. Most come with bendable mounting tabs and will fit in the stock location with the tabs bent. You can see just that in the above example from @CardinalFJ60.

Radio is a standard double DIN, or single DIN with either a pocket or some other aftermarket/3d printed single DIN filler/gauge panel.

If it still has the OEM radio, likely not needed, but otherwise you may find that you need the radio mounting brackets (86211-90K00 and 86212-90K00) and screws (4x 90159-50173).

Is the current radio AM only or AM/FM? Might be interested, even if it doesn't work. I have an AM/Cassette in mine but there was an AM/FM option. Congrats on getting it on the boat!

I have an AM/FM + tape single DIN OEM from my Troopy. Free to you if you can wait a few months until I go back to the USA…

Gosh that is a very generous offer; really appreciated. The only issue is that's it's for RHD so all the controls are reversed. Otherwise I would be all over it. Mine is a single DIN AM SWR Cassette but the Cassette doesn't work. There was an OEM AM/FM Cassette option but I haven't been able to find one, not that I have looked that hard.
