Any thoughts as where to mount an led light bar on the ARB?

You can fit a Rigid Industries 30" LED light bar with their cradle mount on the lower light tabs, check out my build thread for pics.

Got a chance to try out the 100 this weekend

Ran 4 trails near Ouray; Yankee, Governors Basin, Black Bear and Imogene

The vehicle performed well and you can feel when the ATRAC kicks on. Tires probably would have slipped a bit on the 80 too, just wouldn't have noticed.

My daughter (also an 80 owner) shared driving with me and described the handling this way "It handles like a fat 80"

She liked the way it handled, she was just getting use to the slightly wider tire placement. She also described the ATRAC kicking in as the fat 80 waddling

This wasn't a ding on her part, she enjoyed driving it and thought it did fine.

I really didn't notice the difference from Solid Front axle to IFS, but then we didn't go over any big rock obstacles.

I really liked the 5 speed in low gear while wheeling. When I put 4.88's in my 80 I could go down hill in 1st without having to ride my brake like others. Stock gears and lo with the 5 speed was the same. The other trucks were riding their brakes while I just let the gears take me down.

Overall, I was very pleased. It did handle slightly different with the ATRAC, nice feature but a little strange the first time you use it.

It also did a great job pulling my Kimberley Kamper to Ouray and back

a Couple of updates

The RAM IPAD Mount

I have always wanted to do the Maze, and taking my Kimberley Kamper on the planned route would be a problem.

I was debationg between a roof top tent and an Oz tent. I was leaning towards the Oz tent because it could be used in conjunction with the Kamper. BUT when a great deal came up on a new version of the ARB Simpson III RTT, I couldn't pass it up.

Before the tent, I first would need a roof rack. After looking into ARB, Front runner and others, I selected one of the racks from Gamiviti Got it installed today and picked up my ARB RTT

Just got back from a long expedition trip. Loud was there as well. Truck did great. No issues with the tire size. 5-speed gearing is awesome in low off-road. The RTT and Frontrunner fuel carriers I added worked well.

Only issue I had was with my NT Grappler AT sidewalls. Slashed 3 on two different trails and had to replace one in Moab to have a functional spare. Some would say I should drive better to avoid those rocks. On my 80, the Toyo and Cooper MT's had such thick sidewalls that this was never an issue.

So will be changing tires, most likely to the Toyo MT's based on previous experiance. Going to research a bit more.

Now I need to decide if I want to stick with the 18" rim or go to 16's

I have the same rack and am very happy with it. I'm interested to hear Ken's thoughts. I would buy Nakman's rack again in a heartbeat, I just wouldn't have Mud-Shipped it, not an issue with the shipper though....sickness issue at home made it a PITA to go meet the fellow mudders and pickup the rack.

I love the roof rack. The hardest thing for me to decide was the front basket up or down, I went with down as you can see to be used as a handle. I bolted the RTT easily and also added two frontrunner carriers. The construction makes for great hand holders while your working around it. After seeing Kirk's roofrack at SnT this year, I think I am going to have to get one of Nakman's for my 80 (going to transfer my current roofrack onto my 60).

They look epic and very beefy and simple. All attributes I like a lot.
