Need help with vortec conversion: radiator, AA, Shifter Questions

About to do a conversion to a 5.7 Vortec with harness, computer, and 4L60E tranny.
I am clueless on these.
1. What advance adapter number do I order for a 4L60E tranny to FJ40 Transfer case
2. What radiator? Need one that won't give me issues in the future.
3. What Lokar size shifter?

contact AA, they have a great customer service dept, I would go with a aluminum radiator for sure...

In terms of radiators, I was recommended the following by Texican:

I have not had any problems. I am in Dallas-Fort Worth area, so we have some pretty hot summers. My 40 has a SBC with a Pro-FLO XT fuel injection. Similiar to what you will be hosting
