Yes, a new aftermarket screen can be purchased and installed. I replaced mine about a year ago but be forwarned, it is not an easy task. The entire unit must be removed and completely dissembled to remove the old screen.

This is the link to the thread I was posting in. You can get the new lcd from aliexpress for about $75. You just have to be extremely careful taking it all apart. The thread also has the link to purchase the new lcd from. It will take 2-3 week for it to come in.
is it plug and play? do you have a guide on how to do this repair? and is it the same for this without the jbl knob?

I haven't seen a tutorial on how to actually do it. There's no gluing involved. It's all screws and connectors. Haven't seen one like yours but the lcd looks to be the same. You have to pull the unit out of the dash to get started with the disassembly.
