So @Jarrat I've been looking at radiators too, but I'm back on the intercooler radiator issue. You guys all helped me get to the right size (everyone seems to agree that 2" is plenty) but is there an appreciable difference in quality/efficiency I should be looking for?

This unit looks like it meets the necessary requirements?

Ok, more updates, I need to update about boost, I'm pushing the max PSI (18-19psi )I can out of my turbo setup with the help of a air speed controller given to my by GTSSportCoupe and it has worked like a hot dam. Must say very impressed by how it works. I have my boost lines routed differently then how he has his setup just because I have my boost gauge on it's own port into the intake so I can see exactly how much boost I'm making. I drilled and tapped into the throttle plate part I made to do this, here's a pic. I have my bleed screw adjusted so that my boost light comes on around 3-4psi... anything less then 3 psi and I pull a over boost engine light and anything more and I loose major power when at full boost.

I ended up doing all my tie rods and relay links a few month back also... I pieced together toyota ones from ebay for 3 of them, and another "555" brand which I found out afterwards makes a whole replacement kit for waaaaaaaay cheaper then what I spent.

Here are the part numbers in case you want to do yours.

Relay Rod ends
45044-69097 - Right hand
45045-69065 - Left hand

Tie rods
45047-69067 - Right hand
45046-69127 - Left hand

(note the left hand tie rod that has the loop in it isn't the correct one in this pic)

My down pipe cracked and I re did my rusted out muffler. I need to redo it all over again, because now my flange isn't sealing properly to the turbo and my muffler is hanging down to low. Here are some pics.

Lets talk about turbos......

I've finally bought a new turbo, well not a new new one, but a ebay core. Got some good feed back from a couple different people about these ebay cores lasting, and so far so good!

My old one was DEAD.... this pic was from JUST 1 week of driving after draining it again.

Yes, that is a large yogurt container almost full. No wonder I could peg my boost gauge when I full throttled it!! All that extra fuel going through the motor, thankfully it didn't blow out the seal completely or I could of had a run away!!

Here are some more pics of the turbo swap...

Now for the fun part, I installed a factory Landcruiser snorkel. I'm pretty sure this snorkel wasn't meant for this truck and I knew it would need a custom part to make it work, but I was up for the challenge.

Thats all I got, I had to borrow a thread rivet tool and 3d print my custom part.

Here is how I did it.... First figured out where the middle bolt needed to be, then once that was figured out and mounted I did the other bolts..

I had to turn down a bolt on my lathe and to fit in here properly then install the rivet nut.

When installing the rivet nut on every hole, I drilled the hole, deburred it, painted the metal and the nut with new paint and while it was all still wet I installed the rivet nut.

Now I needed something from the air box to the snorkel, or else it wasn't doing anything. So I drew up a part in solid works and printed it up on my printer.

It took 2 tries of 10 hours of printing until I got it right.

I had to heat up the other end and bend it into its spot so I wouldn't move.

and on the other side I use epoxy and fiber glass to secure and water proof the other end.

Great updates Jarrat; truck looks awesome! Always enjoy your build thread; thanks for taking the time. You're pretty hardcore with the custom parts design and fab. Looking forward to seeing your truck in person one of these days!

Did your snorkel change your egt temps at all?
