So I got a hold of a Formula 4 chassis on an 88 extracab frame and I stripped my 88 regular cab for all the parts and drivetrain.

I will be running it as close to comp specs as possible while still making it trail friendly for more than 2 people if desired.

I have had it and been working on it for a few weeks now so its coming along.

Now on to the pics!!

Just trailriding unless I can get some sort of sponsorship to help the cost of competing. I am just a Air Force guy making something cool right now. Hopefully one day I will be dodging cones!!

What's your motor there? 2RZ? I'm drooling over the twin-cam goodness...

thanks guys

The motor is actually a mild built 22r. Its only been bored and has a crawler cam. I am not looking for massive power but just enough to power a tractor.

The trans is what was in a donor truck I had Gsomething series...... Will be swaped out one day for a W-56 most likely.

I will be running stock mini axles with cromo fronts and stock rears until I can afford RuffStuff housings.

Thumbs up!

I'm huge fan of F4 for its long wheelbase also it has more leg room in the back seat which is a big plus. It is starting to look "completed." :D

Ruffstuff housings will be great addition to your rig. Affordable and stout as heck!
