At the hotel, thought I’d do a qick advance and will do a full blown lean drop Monday- maybe Sunday night. So much easier not getting 3rd degree burns with the distributor

I got basically an average 15.2 MPG driving from basically Omaha to Sharon Springs KS.

Here was the setting (and vacuum was bad = 11)

The low RPM was a blind guess from something dumb I did to my car earlier in the week but haven’t posted.

Set it to 11 degrees and 800 rump. Starts so much better. Vacuum jumped to 16+. Good enough for today and Sunday.

I have this same timing light…. So I read the low idle. But. 825? That’s not low?… besides what is .90?

Made it to Gunnison, CO. Tired. Time for food, beer and a shower

Yellr did ok today.

Going to do trails/passesover the Continental Divide tomorrow into the Silverton/Ouray area depending how much play time on the passes

Here in the east…Gunnison, CO is often sampled on TV as the coldest spot in the country during those cold winter days. Nice trip you have going on
