Looks nice. Just finished mine tonight. I did not use Bedliner material at this time because I need the carpet and cant spare the month yet.

I ended up using a butyl hybrid material which has no odor. That stuff had a plastic layer (not foil), so I had to adhere some foil to it. Then I used a HVAC duct wrap (not the fiberglass) which was foil backed mainly at first as a replacement to my nasty jute material. The stuff worked a little better than I thought and applied it on the floor boards and trunk area. Oh MAN was the ride quite, even without the carpet in yet. That I am presently cleaning.

Found all sorts of stuff from the POs. About $5 under the carpet near the rear fan, a 300 mag round (live ), and a .22 shell. Man oh man was it bad.

I am definitely interested to see this baby put all back together... looks good. I have gone back and forth about doing this and if I did wether to do black or tan on the inside (tan interior). Looks good

Cruiser Jack, I'd plan on re-torquing the seat, seatbelt bolts, etc. after you run it for awhile. There may be some bolt creep with that stuff.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see how everything fits back together.

looks good thanks for the pics, i was wondering how it would look in my rig just the other day, and sure enough my interior is brown. now i know it will look good. thanks

Thanks guys! I will have more to post later. Dang day-job is distracting me today. Cant they tell I have a fricking hobby to play with?

What's the plan for the wiring harness? Will you just leave it exposed laying in the channel or have a means to cover or at least secure it?

Did you also note the unused wiring connections under the console and driver seat? Anyone know what they are used for?

Most of it sits under the paneling except for along the doors. In the door openings it fits securely in a narrow drain valley. Its exposed but not very easy to trample.

There are securing ties which have a threaded pin that is pushed into a hole every 8-10 inches along the body. If you break one you can easily replace it with a zip tie of sorts that has a securing head to fit into the hole. This is what I did, very easy. I will post some follow up pics tomorrow of the finishing details.

Thanks for the question. Keep them coming.

Seat heater or powered seats?

Finished Product!!!

Okay, here is the final round of pics. I took the liberty of knocking off th erust and rattle-can painting the latches in black to match the new liner as well. Everything fit back together great. As I mentioned in one of the earlier posts, since I was not going to reuse the tailgate carpet and mounting board I had a lot of panel fasteners left over from it. Thank goodness because I used everyone of them due to missing or broken ones in other panels.

Enjoy!!!

so how is the noise?? compaired to when you had carpet?

Not bad, but I would personally desire something smoother than that. The lines (from what appears to be the seams in the sound dampening material) would drive me nuts!
