Not bad, but I would personally desire something smoother than that. The lines (from what appears to be the seams in the sound dampening material) would drive me nuts!
I wear shoes.

Looks good Jack..didn't realize you have the 3rd row leathered as well. Would you say it is significantly quieter now than before or is it just slightly improved?
Nice job!![]()
Slightly improved but I havent done the doors yet. That should yield some additional noise reduction dont you think?
Yes, as pointed out above. The doors and headliner are about the only place left for sound to travel in. I am planning on the doors in a few weeks. Not sure how I am going to tackle my headliner quite yet though. Any thoughts on that one?

LookingCJ... I like it, the only thing I would want to do is maybe trying to smooth everything out (which I don't know they can do?) to give it a nice clean flat smooth look. Then I would want a way/place to hide wires which again I don't know is possible. Either way nice job and thanks for showing me a few things, this is def on my list!

I am happy to see there are other A Type, OCD people like me on this forum..
I like it but would install the carpet over it and call it a super quiet, ultra durable interior. I know that my truck is VERY quiet compared to stock with Dynamat.
This is a very good install however. It appeals to me form the perspective of a very neat, clean, detailed installation. If you are going to do it, do it right I say. This looks like it was done right to me.

Jack,
Congrats on Success of a great project!!! I understand the observation of the seams but after looking at the pics don't think it looks bad at all. Hella beats the green metal and black spots of bedliner that you'll find on my floorboard now! Looks great man! When and if you add deadener in the doors and headliner please post pics and/or reviews on the improvement!!!! Thanks again for a great thread man!
