On that picture I had 37s and just 2" bl. With 30mm lift springs rear. It was a nice ride!

As you can see, swapped to grey... but the dash on the donor truck was RHD...:frown:

Got my rear drive shaft too, with a cv... :p

Somehow I can picture the red dash, red arm rests, red door pulls, and red head rests with the grey interior....and maybe some red piping on the grey seats.

Looks great. I can empathize with the interior "upgrades". My 85 4Runner is a Deluxe trim model and I have been slowly but surely upgrading to the super dooper SR5 stuff (like the 86 the :princess: used to drive).

Yes! The interior upgrades were great! I love it, can`t believe I haven`t done it before...

Now its alive again, had to buy the triple drilled flange from trail-gear to get the cv-driveshaft to fit. I have cvs front and rear now. Very happy!

going to drive the truck for a few days now, very happy! ;)

Will post pix when there is something interesting:beer:

just a little easy flexing.. way more to go!

I was a bit surprised about the weight of the truck, 2200 kg with me in it, not much else... and nearly empty fuel tank...

I completely forgot to update this thread. I have not done allot, just a few things.

Some service; changed radiator (got one from a 98 p-u and it needed some mods to make it fit), had to change a wheelbearing, and some other small things...

I have installed a TG tapped stearing box and a hydro assist (almost finished),

I have swapped the front ARB locker into a aussielocker

I have installed rock sliders.

I have ordered a front bumper from addictedoffroad, scotty are shipping med finished pipes so I can weld it together over here so I do not get ruined due to shipping costs...

I have bought some pro comp 17x9 beadlock rims. And have som LTB203 (40x16/17) on the way... Will be here when I get my truck back from paint...

I am shipping the truck to paint in a few weeks. It will be white pearl. With black details.

Whyd you get rid of the ARB? I personally love my Aussies, but i would think ARB would be prefferd?

Did you bolt or weld the sliders on? Pics?

I got rid of the arb because I am tired of having trouble with it. The first time I installed it I forgot to check for air leaks and had to pull it to fix that. Then I just wouldnt disconnect... And thats so annoying. So I decided to just send it back to the dealer to get it fixed and sell it.

I welded the sliders on, I havent taken any pix of that but I can do that in a few days. :)

the truck is still at the painters, and he havent done much yet. On 32s while painted. I have bought a set of 40x16-17 LTBs which are on route from the us, and I bought a set of 38,5 tsl sxs to use in a competition this fall. The front bumper from addicted offroad has arrived in norway, and I will weld it up when I get my truck back.

Got a few sets of lights too, waiting for a set of rounds to be mounted on the front bumper.
