Thanks Ben! I cheated and painted them in place with a small brush. :meh:
Hey Michael, I didn't know we were allowed to cheat. Now I don't feel so guilty :).
The projects looking great . I'm sure there are many out there that are as jealous as I am.

Keep the updates coming
Darren

Thanks Darren! No need to be jealous. Just get busy buying parts. That's what I did for two years. After I searched for 10 months for the right 45. ;)

Wow man its turning out great.

Are you planning on going with some OEM wheels? It would really set this thing off

OMG I'm dying! That thing is amazing!

@Varty Yo Brett I'm not a big fan of the tall and skinny look. Right now I have 15x8 GM ralley rims on it. If I can find a way to mount the stock hub caps on those rims I'll keep them. If not I'll get a set of stock rims widened to go on it.

Hey @cult45 how do you like those "Lollipop" doors?
Amazing, I love the dripping wet look. Lots of rubbing gets it that way, then shoot it in clear gloss. Only problem is it the fear of actually driving it.

Well........that sure does look nice. I think the choice to go with a single stage paint rather than clear over base is a good one. It looks much more authentic and refined on a classic car or truck. Looks great. Cheers, Ben

Well the long wait is finally over. I picked up most of the body from the shop today. Then I installed the engine and transmission.

Thanks for the kind words Mike. I have really enjoyed the 12HT since I installed it.
