this is going to be one almighty cruiser when it's done. can't go past the mighty 12h-t. severe jealousy form this end. one day......

and for the 60 prop valve, it should work from what I've read.

Been watching silently from the bleachers, 76! Looks brilliant! Keep it up man!

Roger that mate! Thanks!!!

Now I just need my chassis and body back from paint. I'll be calling him tomorrow.

If it's not ready, put on your best Liam Neeson voice: 'I will find you, and I will paint you.'

Fantastic work, you are making me want a diesel in the worst way. Can't wait to see this on the road and a big grin on your face.

Thanks Mark! I'm jonesin' pretty hard to be back in the ol' LC saddle again!!

You may get the chance to see it in person next September. I'm planning on driving out for Georg's 45 gathering.

G'day, Wow......that engine looks fantastic. Great attention to detail. I had a 12ht in a 60 series a few years ago. I loved that engine. It was like a Toyota made a mistake and accidentally fitted a 18 wheeler truck engine into a car.

Question. How did you get the fuel lines looking so nice?

Cheers, Ben

While I have been waiting on the paint and body work to be completed I spent some time working on a few smaller parts.
I had the grill powder coated after blasting it clean. Then I added some new badges. The chain was zinc plated and a blasted the mechanism and painted it. The spare tire bracket it self I covered in Plastisol in an attempt to hold down the metal rub on my powder coated spare rim.

I stopped by the body shop today to check on the progress being made. He is getting close. He thinks it will be done on Monday. We shall see. Those NOS doors Gabe @Indygbd sold me sure turned out nice!
