Is the rear shackle and leaf spring connected to a 2"x3" that pivots in the stock location? Is this to gain additional droop? I have seen double shackles, but I haven't seen this before, how does it work?

Thanks,
Ryan.

It works well and I have ran it for a long time but it will be getting replaced soon with a new custom hanger with Currie joints it the upper shackle mount :D

There best be a lot of pics from this weekend.

I have a few and I need to get some others that other people took :D

How wide are your axles ?

I dont know exactly. They are full size truck axles.I can tell you that wheel mount surface to wheel mount surface is pretty much the width of the body.

I hear there was a big bang on Posi Hill. Spill the beans holmes!

Saturday night on Posi,Brent spotting me up front, another buddy watching the drivers side, and none of the 10 or so people on the passenger side saying anything about my rear tire being pinched between a rock and an undercut ledge

Bye bye 1.5 35 spline shaft :D It was the loudest bang I have heard in a while. It shook all the dust off the truck :grinpimp:

Damn !!!!

and 35 splines .. What can I hope about my 30 splines :frown:

But I thought and it looks like been stresed before .. and now was the final stress to break it.

I bet! Were those alloy or OEM?

OEM.And the splines are twisted on both sides :grinpimp:

Getting a price on a pair of Mosers today.

I have alot of hard trips on this axle.It wasnt a matter of if,it was when it would happen :D

It broke on the night run at the same spot where my woman took those pics.I made it up that same spot twice durring the day.I think the spot my tire got down into got dug out over the course of the day. After they got me out they filled to hole with rocks.Oh well :D

I know I have already mentioned it, but your pig is badass. You did a great job on putting the 2 together. When I first read your post I was a little scared of the outcome, but wow nice work.

Ryan.

Thanks :D

I spent alot of time getting it to look right and the way I wanted.I could have taken the easy way with alot of things but it will show in the end.At first glance or to just the average person, you wouldnt know what I did.Getting the body as low on the frame as I possibly could has everything to do with it I think :D

Chris
