Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Hey guys, been watching and reading this Forum from a distance and trying to step into the platform and need advice. Any will be helpful.

Two options:

1. 2016 LC200 White with black interior and has 70500 miles. Carfax is clean, 2 owners, maintenance done every 5000 miles but not at Toyota dealer.
Asking is $57000 plus fees and TTL. Steering wheel is peeling like crazy (only issue found when test driving)

2. 2018 LC200 White with Terra interior and has 74000 miles. Carfax is clean, 2 owners, maintenance done every 10k at Toyota dealer.
Asking is $62000 plus fees and TTL. No issues found when test driving.

Thanks in advance :)
We are both in Texas and I've been eyeing the second one myself. Hoping to see it dip into the 50s.

Just checked Lexus Driver and still missing 3 years of data. I don’t understand such a lapse

If it's a private party sale, I'd ask the seller if they can provide an explanation. Maybe they have a physical receipt from service at an independent shop, or maybe they did it themselves. If it's a dealer, that's tougher. If you decide to move forward with the sale, that is an obvious bargaining point. But it also might be reason to move on.

Buy the newer one with slightly higher miles, if you are planning on keeping longer term. $5K would be worth it to me to have something slightly newers and 3500 miles is really negligle. Plus Terra interior better haha.

What's the build date on the door plate for the 2018?
Depending on date, it may have the updated infotainment screen.

The 2018 should have the auto rear hatch too. You can open it from a button on the dash and one touch open and close it from buttons on the rear hatch.
It is a useful feature that I never thought I needed until I used it. I don't think the '16 LCs had this.

2016 and up should all have same infotainment, I thought? 2018 and up also have a better steering wheel that doesn’t shed. Also mid year 2018 received the radiator that doesn’t fail prematurely.

The screen type was changed in 2018 to a supposed better screen type. I know there is a difference as the add on CarPlay units differentiate between which type of screen is used. Also, the 2018's steering wheels still peel.

The 2018 just sold yesterday. Got a call from the sales rep saying it is off the lot so only option now is the 2016 LC200

Yes I am aware of the screen and radiator. Is the radiator an easy enough job , DIY? or is this a job for the dealer?

Also do you guys think prices are on there way down now that we know the new LC300 is coming to the US?

Prices are definitely coming down. I've been looking for a 18+ for about 6-8 months and I've seen about a 5-10k price reduction in that time period. 50k mile 18s were in the high 70s are now consistently in the low 70s. If you're patient, I think you'll see a similar trajectory in the coming months. I don't see any reason why a 50-70k mile truck would be over 70k. Something near 70k miles should be in the 50s, which is what they were pre covid.

The 300 isn't coming to the US anytime soon. The ugly LX600 is avail here though.

I have a friend in the middle east and he was telling me the orders for an LC300 are backed up 2-3 years for delivery so I would assume that even when they do come to the US, it is going to be a long wait until they are readily available plus I'm sure they will be $100K+

Just not sure to jump on a car now or wait and see what the market does ...

Where the hell are people getting this "info"? LC300 won't come to the US until the hybrid drive train is fully sorted and tested (my theory) or not at all.
