More Storage for the armrest

hahaha as if... No seriously.

Denial of needing internet validity is the first step.

* The 1911 picture reinforces your need.

I'm still happy you like it!

My "fast access" items are more in the sunglasses, Chapstick and Altoids camp.

Of course... i mean you could keep your porn in this thing too.

The mesh pockets inside make a nice organized location for charging cables, glasses, snacks, back seat kids toys, handie talkies, wallets etc etc

I'd rather have less stuff than more in between the seats, and less clutter in general. I don't really need access to that much stuff while I'm driving. But I like the idea if more storage space for the driver/passenger is a priority.

It's a good point - what I have found personally is that on the road there are always loose items of some kind... could be a candy bar or sunglasses. My rig is setup for Expo mode 24x7x365 so things like the glove box are already used with gear.

I will reveal all shortly... right now I'm enjoying the typical Mud abuse... especially from Mr. 18 Posts.

They make millions upon million of motorcycle bags (pretty much all waterproof) not just "Tank bags" for seat bags, mount with, Velcro, straps, zipper (and a permanent base), magnetic, fuel gas cap brackets, electrified, lighted, GPS tables, whatever you want..

All kinds of silly things.

I made my first one using "Clicker snowboards bindings in 1998 or so..

Bicycles also have some but they are a little smaller..

I like it.

It would create an armrest of the console in a 60 series.

Our 100 is a daily driver but I would see it being useful on trips. I just use the adjustable arm rest. The console is too low to be an armrest if you over 5'7". These Mud trolls must be short.

I tried that same thing using a bicycle rack trunk bag, I think it was a Blackburn, fit really well I just didn't like it in the end. I have simple stuff in my top lid area, like my phone charger, pens, notepad, extra memory cards etc., and it was a bummer to unzip the top bag each time I wanted in, also needed two hands; my top lid just pops open. One other thing was when I tilted the top bag when I needed to get into the rest of the center console everything in their shifted, like a junk drawer. To each their own though, understandably not everyone carries the same stuff.

Good points.

1 - This bag easily opens with one hand, full or empty. Zip or velcro. its no more hassle than opening the stock doors.
2 - There are internal mesh pockets for the small stuff and the "lid" has elastic for pens, lights etc to keep things from sliding around.

Additionally the sides are stiff so when closed you now have an arm rest that matches the height of the door, for those that need to rest the right arm.

Very industrious of you.

My particular bag is a precise fit for the 100 Series armrest.

I'm sure it is but since is the consensus is that people prefer armrest space than a bag, maybe a narrower bag will work better..

I'm just trying to save you the pain and headache when people implement their own solutions with bags that cost 10% as yours..

I'm not sure the tiny sample of 'no's' make a consensus.

You misunderstand - Cost is no object to me, more over I'm not trying to sell you one.

Oh I'm sorry I was sure this as a market enquiry/focus group whatever..

I hope you find a competent prototype makes (sawing complex cumbersome things is super fun actually), try to make your own shoes someday is actually not so hard.

Best of luck finding perfection (for what you like/need/want)
